Increasing Voter Participation

The State Senate has approved a bill that will allow citizens to register to vote up to 3 days before an election. In doing so, North Carolina will joining a host of other states that have opened up the process. I strongly support this bill and am hoping this action increases voters participation in our state, particularly by young people.
