Easley Wants More Money for Mental Health

Governor Easley released his new budget. I haven't had a chance to review it in any depth, but the good news seems to be that he want to raise the beer, wine, and liquor taxes by 4% to bring in 68 million additional dollars to help fix the state's mental health crisis.
